"Suit and Tie feat. Jay-Z" is one of the first singles for revitalized websties MySpace.com. For me, MySpace was a website where I could show my friends how "deep" I was, or how I could keep on the cusp of music (I would always try and find some crazy song that none of my friend had heard and make it my profile song). Although, I was in high school when MySpace was pretty popular.
Now, it seems MySpace got a bit of a facelift, all the profile baggage has been stripped away, and what is left is the sleek, simple, music profile for artists.
I'm excited to check it out, not to have a "one-up" on my friends in terms of music, but rather to enjoy new up and coming artists out there.

My Blog gets a facelift!
...in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine.
Decided that with the start of a new semester, I should update my slowly growing DTC blog. With the former title of my blog being "Life and time of a DTC 355 student" I wanted to add a little more creativity to the title.
My first thoughts were seemingly Well what do I like? What would reflect me?
Answers: School. Work. Working Out. Friends. Enjoying classy adult beverages in excess. You know, things any typical college student would think of.
My mind going off on a tangent and thinking of alcoholic beverages made me want a Gin and Tonic (my favorite) leading to thinking of the "Of all the Gin Joints in all the World" by Fall Out Boy, thus leading to thinking of Middle School drama class (when I listened to Fall Out Boy the most) and then remembering Humphrey Bogart, one of my favorite actors and one I embodied for one of my assignments in class.
THUS leading to me remember one of the most famous lines in the movie Casablanca, the title of my blog: "Of all the Gin Joints in all the towns in all the world, she walks into mine."
